Hamptons Heirloom creates wedding catering experiences for private estates, backyards, vacation homes and intimate venues across Nassau County, Suffolk County and the Hamptons. Your menu is developed around the season, the property, the guest experience and the way you want the celebration to feel—not a fixed banquet package. Begin with passed hors d’oeuvres, continue with a plated dinner or generous family-style service, and finish with a custom dessert course or late-night food. We coordinate culinary timing with your planner and selected vendors, review kitchen access and rental needs, and recommend the chefs, servers and support staff required for your guest count. Food pricing and labor are quoted separately according to the menu, service format and staffing plan. Rentals, specialty equipment, bar service and outside vendors are additional when needed, and a 15% gratuity applies. Dietary needs can be incorporated when they are shared during planning.
