Enjoy a private dining experience designed for your Hamptons home, estate or vacation rental. Hamptons Heirloom creates seasonal custom menus for intimate dinners, holiday weekends, family gatherings and milestone celebrations. We coordinate arrival, kitchen access, preparation, timing and service around the property and your plans so the meal feels effortless from the first course through cleanup.
Choose generous family-style courses, a polished plated dinner, a cocktail reception with passed appetizers or a multicourse Chef’s Experience using elevated ingredients and modern techniques. Food pricing is based on the menu. Labor and staffing are quoted according to the guest count, service style and property requirements, with a 15% gratuity applied. Rentals and specialty equipment are additional when needed.
We serve private events in Southampton, East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, Water Mill, Amagansett, Montauk, Westhampton and surrounding East End communities. Before the event, we confirm ovens, refrigeration, prep space, access rules and the schedule. Your chef handles sourcing, onsite cooking and kitchen cleanup, while servers and culinary support are added when the menu or group requires them.
