We plan around your guests, dietary needs, kitchen access and preferred pace of service, then provide the culinary team and support staff the event actually requires.
Choose family-style service for a generous shared meal, a plated dinner for a polished celebration, a cocktail reception with passed appetizers, or a multicourse Chef’s Experience featuring elevated ingredients and modern techniques. Food pricing is based on the selected menu. Labor and staffing are quoted according to the guest count, property and service format, with a 15% gratuity applied.
We serve private events throughout Suffolk County, including homes near Huntington, Smithtown, Islip, Babylon, Brookhaven, Riverhead, the North Fork and the East End. Before the event, we confirm access, ovens, refrigeration, prep space, rentals and timing. Your chef handles sourcing, preparation, onsite cooking and kitchen cleanup so you can spend the evening with your guests.
