Send the date, town, estimated guest count, preferred service format, timing, and known allergies. We use those details to prepare a menu direction and custom proposal. For surprise parties, arrival and setup can be coordinated with one primary contact. Specialty cakes, flowers, rentals, and decorations are separate, but timing can be coordinated with selected vendors. On event day, the chef prepares onsite and cleans the culinary workspace.

We begin by learning what the guest of honor actually enjoys. Favorite cuisine, a memorable travel dish, or a seasonal ingredient can inspire a tailored menu. Choose generous family-style courses, a polished plated event, a cocktail-style celebration, or an elevated multicourse Chef’s Experience. Vegetarian guests, children, and dietary preferences can be considered during planning. Courses can be paced around toasts, gifts, speeches, or cake. Staffing is based on the guest count, menu, property, and service level.
